AAUW Honolulu's Women Circle

Women's Circles are a gathering of women for women, a supportive space where women can connect, share, and empower each other. Our goal is to develop a network of working women to support each other, share best practices/tips/tricks, and advocate for improvements to business policies and public policies.

Program:

12-12:15pm Welcome + Grab Lunch 

12:15-1:15pm Workshop and Discussion on thesse questions:

1) Who was your best boss and what made them great to work for?

2) What are some ways you can incorporate the traits of your best boss into how you do your job?

3) In future interviews, what are some questions you can ask to ascertain if the prospective supervisor/manager will be a good boss for you?

4) From today's discussion, what is one take-away that you can apply to your work-life right away?
