About the event
We all carry something. The stress may look different for each of us, but the need to feel supported, understood, and grounded doesn't.
This Circle isn't about dwelling on what's hard, it's about sharing what actually helps. Together, we'll talk through the small (and not-so-small) things that help us feel like ourselves again, and how we can better show up for each other as women navigating full, complicated lives.
Come ready to listen, share, and walk away with a few new tools.
We'll explore questions like:
What's something you're navigating right now, and what's helping you get through it?
What's one small thing that reliably helps you feel like yourself again, even on a hard day?
What does real support look like, versus just being checked in on?
How can we show up better for each other?
