AAUW Honolulu is powered by volunteers, women (and allies) who bring their time, skills, and passion to help us advance equity for women and girls across Hawaiʻi. Whether you're a seasoned professional, a specialist in a niche field, or simply someone who cares deeply about our mission, there's likely a place for you here.

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and industries, including finance, communications and social media, law, education, event planning, graphic design, technology, grant writing, and beyond. You don't need to have prior nonprofit experience, just a willingness to share what you know and a passion for empowering women through education, advocacy, and community.

Volunteering with us can look different for everyone. Some volunteers join a committee and contribute regularly, others offer support on a single project or event. Whatever your availability or area of expertise, we'd love to explore how it might align with our work.
