Mentorship

Join us for meaningful conversations in small groups focused on mentorship. Each group will go in its own direction, but here are some questions that may be explored.

Exploring Mentorship Experiences you've had:

  • What qualities did your most impactful mentor possess?

  • Has your idea of what makes a good mentor evolved over time?

Being a Mentee

  • What has been challenging about finding or approaching potential mentors?

  • How do you balance respecting a mentor's guidance with trusting your own instincts?

Being a Mentor

  • For those who mentor others, what has been most rewarding about that role?

  • How do you approach giving difficult feedback to someone you're mentoring?

  • What boundaries have been important to establish in your mentoring relationships?

Mentorship for Women

  • How might mentorship needs differ for women compared to men in the workplace?

  • How can organizations better support mentorship opportunities for women?

  • How might mentorship work in hybrid/remote work environments?
